Here's just a small sample of projects we have completed over the years.

BUngalows resort, key largo

This project consisted of 3 new wood docks with docking slips for resort guests, ferries and seaplanes. Material used on this project was all marine grade lumber, stainless steel hardware and thru-flow grating.

Venetian shores, private residence

300 linear feet of CMI limited, vinyl sheet pile seawall and concrete dock with private boat slip located on snake creek, Islamorada.

pelican cove resort and marina

New marina project for pelican cove located in Islamorada on ocean side. This project consisted of building new wood docks and slips for guest. This project was challenging with very sensitive areas of the basin, near intakes pipes that supply seawater to Theater Of The Sea dolphin exhibit.

Coral cove resort and marina

New wood dock with thru-flow decking. re-cap concrete dock. this property is located on bay side in Islamorada

Fishers inn resort

This project required demolition of an old wood dock that was destroyed in hurricane Irma. New wood piles were installed and a new wood dock was constructed using marine grade lumber stainless hardware and pressure treated decking. New fender systems and cleats were also added.
