“I Now Have The Best Dock On The Bay”
After having to get rid of my other dock builder I asked around town for some recommendations. I kept getting the same answer. Call Island Marine Contractors, As a retired Military pilot I am very detail oriented. I called Mike Thaler and had him come to my home so I could meet with him and get his take on the mess the previous contractor had left me with. Mike was very professional and answered all of my questions. Mike and his crew arrived a few days later and proceeded to correct all of the issues with my dock. All I can say is "WOW" These guys really know their business. The dock was completed in less time than was estimated and the changes they made to the structure helped to make the dock rock solid. Thanks Mike and crew I now have the best dock on the bay.

Wanted to thank Mike Thaler and his team at Island Marine Contractors for doing an absolutely amazing job on my dock. I hoped it would be good, but they completely exceeded my expectations: expert work, helpful workers, Mike and Nick on the job to insure all was going according to the plan and available to answer my questions and concerns. Working with the office team, Cynthia and Vicky, regarding engineering plans, Corp of Engineers and permitting was great. They answered questions, were patient listeners and kept me informed of the progress of this process. When the barge arrived with the best driving and maneuvering I have ever seen, it was the start to a great dock. The removal of the old dock was swift and efficient. The crew were polite and very hard working. Problems encountered were discussed with me and always with an explanation of how to remedy the situation. The concrete work is incredible...beautiful. I am recommending Mike and Boat Lifts of South Florida to everyone I know. It’s a thing of beauty and makes me happy.
